5 working groups from the city's end-line hospitals such as Gia Dinh People's Hospital, 115 People's Hospital, An Binh Hospital, Thu Duc Regional General Hospital and Binh Duong General Hospital, were assigned to support the communes of Hoa Xuan, Hoa Thinh, Dong Xuan, Dong Hoa and Tuy An Dong.
The team leaders are responsible for essential professional fields in natural disasters such as emergency - resuscitation, internal medicine, surgery and orthopedic trauma. In addition, in each team, the Department of Health has increased human resources from specialized hospitals in Obstetrics (Tu Du Hospital, Hung Vuong Hospital), Pediatrics (Children's Hospital 1, Children's Hospital 2, City Children's Hospital), Dermatology (Dermatology Hospital) and Infectious Diseases (Tropical Diseases Hospital), along with a team of nurses and pharmacists.

The core tasks of the working groups are to directly examine and treat people, provide free medicine and advise on self-care and infectious disease prevention. At the same time, the groups will support local health stations to restore operations, classify cases and coordinate referrals when necessary; ensuring comprehensive care for people in flood-affected areas, especially children, the elderly and pregnant women - the most vulnerable groups after natural disasters.
In addition, each team will bring 500 family medicine bags including fever reducers, oral rehydration solution, diarrhea medicine, cold medicine, antiseptic solution and first aid supplies to deliver to the people.

* On the same day, 6 doctors and nurses from Cho Ray Hospital has set out to participate in rescue and support people in Khanh Hoa province to overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods. It is expected that on November 25, Cho Ray Hospital will initially transfer 500 family medicine bags (each medicine bag includes non-prescription drugs and essential supplies) to the locality to support people affected by storms and floods.
