Trang Bang: Summary of the contest "Learning about the Law on Emulation and Commendation No. 06/2022/QH15"

Conference delegates.

The contest "Learning about the Law on Emulation and Commendation No. 06/2022/QH15" took place from August 1 to August 30, attracting 213 candidates who are civil servants, public employees and citizens. Candidates took the contest in the form of essay writing. The contest content focused on legal documents related to emulation and commendation; especially the Law on Emulation and Commendation No. 06/2022/QH15, which took effect from January 1, 2024.

In general, the contestants have invested a lot of time, researched, applied the law to analyze, explain, prove, and clarify the issue, especially comparing, researching, and clarifying new points between the Law on Emulation and Commendation No. 06/2022/QH15 and the current Law on Emulation and Commendation. Many entries are decorated with illustrations, presented carefully, coherently, and clearly, showing the contestants' respect for the contest.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to contestant Nguyen Anh Phuong (specialist of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board); the second prize to two contestants Vo Quoc Binh (civil servant of Justice - Civil status of An Tinh ward) and Vo Thanh Lam (civil servant of Office - Statistics of Don Thuan commune); the third prize went to three contestants Lam Nhu Yen (civil servant of Office - Statistics of Phuoc Binh commune), Tran Tan Anh (procurator of the Town People's Procuracy), Tran Thoai My (teacher of Thanh Phu Khuong Primary School).

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 4 consolation prizes and 1 prize for the oldest person participating in the contest.

At the conference, delegates listened to the reporter deploy the basic contents of the Law on Civil Defense; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on People's Public Security; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Exit and Entry of Vietnamese Citizens and the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam; Law on Protection of Consumer Rights; Law on Bidding; Law on Prices; Law on Cooperatives; Law on Electronic Transactions.
