Awarding ceremony of the Singing Festival for workers, civil servants and laborers

(Baoquangngai.vn) - On the evening of January 16, at the Political - Administrative Center of Son Tinh district, the Son Tinh District Labor Federation in coordination with the District's Center for Communication - Culture - Sports organized a summary, award ceremony and performance of outstanding performances of the 2024 Son Tinh District Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers Singing Festival.

The singing festival for workers, civil servants and laborers (CNVC - LĐ) took place over 2 days (January 15 and 16), with the participation of 12 teams from agencies, businesses and communes in the district.

In the final results, the first prize went to the People's Committee of Tinh Dong commune; the second prize went to the People's Committee of Tinh Minh commune and the People's Committee of Tinh Tho commune; the third prize went to the People's Committee of Tinh Phong commune, the People's Committee of Tinh Giang commune, the Bloc of public service agencies and the People's Committee of Tinh Son commune; the encouragement prize went to the People's Committee of Tinh Bac commune, the People's Committee of Tinh Hiep commune, the People's Committee of Tinh Tra commune, the People's Committee of Tinh Ha commune and the People's Committee of Tinh Binh commune.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded additional prizes to units with good and impressive performances. Prize A went to 11 units, Prize B went to 12 units and Prize C went to 11 units.

Construction teams performed special acts at the festival.

The festival aims to enhance and promote cultural and artistic activities, arouse singing movements among employees, educate about traditions, love for homeland and country, etc. Create an exciting atmosphere, actively respond to the emulation movements among employees launched by trade unions at all levels, contributing to the successful implementation of economic , social, security and defense tasks of agencies, units, sectors and localities.

Giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 80 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances. Of which, 20 gifts were from the Provincial Federation of Labor (each worth 1 million VND); 60 gifts were from the Son Tinh District Federation of Labor, including 10 gifts to support union members with serious illnesses, each worth 2 million VND; 50 gifts to support union members in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND.
