Accordingly, the decision recognized 51 authors and groups of authors with outstanding achievements, typical works and solutions to win the 4th Innovation Award - 2025.
Specifically: Field 1 ( economic development) has 9 products winning First, Second and Third prizes; Field 2 (national defense and security) has 6 products winning First, Second and Third prizes; Field 3 ( state management) has 6 products winning Second and Third prizes; Field 4 (communication) has 6 products winning First, Second and Third prizes; Field 5 (literature and arts) has 9 products winning First, Second and Third prizes; Field 6 ( science and technology) has 9 products winning Second and Third prizes; Field 7 (creative startups) has 6 products winning Second and Third prizes.
The 4th Ho Chi Minh City Innovation Award received 292 projects, works, solutions, and topics. The experts of the Council of 7 fields reviewed and selected the highly appreciated works to enter the next round. From these proposals, the City Council selected, collected public opinions on SGGP Newspaper and decided on the award-winning works.
According to the Organizing Committee, the quality of documents, projects, topics, and works registered to participate in the 4th Ho Chi Minh City Creativity in some fields has been improved, because the criteria for selecting the 4th award have been improved, and the initial selection and screening work has been carried out seriously.
The agencies assigned to carry out the communication tasks for the award also spent a lot of time and had many effective information and propaganda solutions for the award's organization. Thereby, the number of applications to participate in the award in some fields increased compared to the previous time.
The Council of the fields also actively appraises and evaluates the entries. Many fields also invite leading experts to participate in judging, and invite representatives of the projects to present to create objectivity.
In addition, SGGP Newspaper has been consistently carrying out propaganda and collecting readers’ opinions. Up to now, it has not received any negative feedback.
The Ho Chi Minh City Innovation Award is a prestigious award of Ho Chi Minh City, awarded to agencies, units, businesses, individuals of Vietnamese and overseas Vietnamese, with research projects, solutions, innovative products and services contributing to the development of Ho Chi Minh City. The prize money for the first prize is 200 million VND, the second prize is 150 million VND, the third prize is 100 million VND.
The announcement and awarding ceremony of the 4th Ho Chi Minh City Creativity Awards is expected to take place on the evening of July 1, at Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
Among the 51 outstanding projects, solutions, topics, and works selected by the Selection Council for the 4th Ho Chi Minh City Creative Awards - 2025 to be awarded this time is the project "Group of solutions to propagate and promote specific resolutions and innovate the creative emulation movement in Ho Chi Minh City" , by Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper (in field 4 - Communications).
This is a solution that not only fulfills the political mission of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, but also is an effort to innovate and create in propagating the emulation and innovation activities, spreading motivation and inspiration to contribute to developing Ho Chi Minh City in a civilized, modern, and humane direction, accompanying the whole country into an era of prosperity.
