On the afternoon of November 15, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired the ceremony to announce the decisions to appoint senior experts. At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan presented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to appoint senior experts to 10 officials, including Mr. Vo Chi Vuong - Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Nguyen Thanh Ha - Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Vinh Thong - Director of the Department of Finance; Duong Nam Khanh - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Tran Minh Chien - Chief Inspector of the province; Le Thi Mai Lien - Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Phuong Huy - Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Cao Thanh Vu - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Le Thi Nguyet - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Nguyen Ngoc Son - Deputy Head of the Ethnic Committee.

These are the officials whose results in the 2023 civil servant promotion exam and administrative officer promotion exam to senior specialist were approved by the Minister of Home Affairs. These officials were appointed and ranked as senior specialist, level 1, with a coefficient of 6.20 from November 1, 2023.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan congratulated the officials who were appointed to the highest civil service rank in Vietnam's civil service system and expressed his belief that the officials would continue to apply the knowledge they had learned to contribute to the development of the locality. He also asked the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs to continue to pay attention to coordinating the organization of civil service promotion exams and recruiting provincial administrative officials. On behalf of the officials receiving the decision, Mr. Vo Chi Vuong expressed his honor at being appointed to the senior specialist rank and promised to continue to devote himself to completing the assigned tasks.
