Presenting 300 gifts and 12 "Union Shelters" during Workers' Month

BHG - In response to Workers' Month 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor is implementing many meaningful and practical activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers and promote the pioneering role of the working class in the period of integration and innovation.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to workers of Thai Hoang Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, Nam Quang Industrial Park (Bac Quang).

This year's Workers' Month takes place from May 1 to May 31 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneering the New Era", expressing a strong call for the sense of responsibility, pride and aspiration to contribute of the workers, the core force creating material values and driving force for the country's development.

During Workers' Month, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 300 gifts worth 150 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and supported the construction of 12 "Union Shelters", each worth 60 million VND.

Along with that, trade unions at all levels in the province promoted many practical and exciting activities such as: Negotiating and signing collective labor agreements, organizing dialogues at the workplace, periodic health check-ups for workers, taking care of occupational safety and hygiene, launching the emulation movement "Productivity - Quality - Efficiency - Safety", building a "Green - Clean - Beautiful - Safe" working environment. In particular, organizing programs such as "Thank you workers", "Creative workers", "Union meals", the forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party" created an impression, contributing to strengthening the bond between trade unions, enterprises and workers. Grassroots trade unions also presented many meaningful gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, promptly sharing, encouraging and motivating workers to strive in life.

Workers’ Month is not only an occasion to show gratitude to workers but also a journey to awaken the spirit of innovation, creativity, self-study and self-training among workers. This is also an opportunity for all levels, sectors and the whole society to properly recognize the role and position of workers, the pioneering force in the cause of industrialization, modernization and building the country into an era of sustainable and comprehensive development.
