Donating wheelchairs, rocking chairs, and walkers to the disabled in the area

On October 2, the Association for the Support of the Disabled and Protection of Children's Rights of Dak Lak province in collaboration with the Dinh Thien Ly Community Support Fund ( Ho Chi Minh City) organized a donation of wheelchairs, rocking chairs, and walkers to the disabled in the province.

Representatives of units donated wheelchairs and rocking chairs to the disabled at the program.

At the program, Dinh Thien Ly Community Support Fund donated 127 devices including 110 wheelchairs, 13 rocking chairs, 4 walkers with a total value of more than 188 million VND to people with disabilities in Buon Ma Thuot City and 4 districts: Cu M'gar, Lak, Ea Kar, Ea Sup. In addition, volunteers of the Fund directly instructed how to use assistive devices and some physical therapy exercises for people with disabilities present at the program. The Fund also gave gifts such as milk, cooking oil, instant noodles... to people with disabilities and their relatives attending the program.

The program is a meaningful and practical activity to share and support people with disabilities with means of transportation, contributing to reducing difficulties in mobility in daily life and livelihood, helping them integrate effectively into community life.
