The typical and promising young Vietnamese faces of 2023 are typical examples, with impressive achievements, strongly inspiring the community.
Among the 10 faces, the story of Nguyen Duc Cuong (singer Den Vau) stands out - from a young worker at an environmental sanitation company, with his love for music , he became a leading rapper in Vietnam and spreads the inspiration to live and contribute to the community.
Or the example of Dr. Ngo Quoc Duy - Deputy Head of the Head and Neck Surgery Department of K Hospital, who has the first report in Southeast Asia on the successful implementation of the technique of robotic thyroidectomy through the oral vestibule in the treatment of thyroid cancer. This is a milestone marking the development of the surgical specialty in general, as well as in thyroid surgery in Vietnam.

At the award ceremony, Mr. Bui Quang Huy expressed his joy that the majority of Vietnamese youth today are very ambitious, have dreams, ambitions, good morals, are proactive, voluntary, creative, and actively participate in socio- economic development and national defense.
"That is the important basis for the feasibility of the 2045 aspiration," he said, adding that the young faces honored today are typical faces of that generation of youth.
According to Mr. Huy, the faces not only excellently represent about 24 million Vietnamese youth but also converge on some common points.
It is perseverance, diligence, seriousness, and steadfastness on the path you have chosen. It is dedication, daring to act, and knowing how to apply the knowledge you have worked hard to acquire into life.
From the examples honored today, the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union hopes that young people will always nurture their aspirations, set themselves a noble goal, nurture their determination and not hesitate to act to achieve their aspirations.

2. Ha Thi Thanh Huong, 35 years old, head of regenerative medicine department, head of brain health laboratory, International University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, field of scientific research - innovation.
3. Dr. Ngo Quoc Duy, 35 years old, deputy head of head and neck surgery department, K Hospital, field of scientific research and innovation.
4. Dang Duong Minh Hoang, 36 years old, head of the national Luong Dinh Cua Network, director of Thien Nong Binh Phuoc Farm, director of Binh Phuoc Digital Agricultural Service Cooperative, field of production labor.
