Visiting and giving gifts to people and children in Ha Tinh affected by storm No. 10

On October 12, in response to the damage caused by storm No. 10 in Ha Tinh province, the working delegation of the Central Youth Union Secretariat and the Central Young Pioneer Council, led by comrade Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Secretary of the Central Youth Union and Chairman of the Central Young Pioneer Council, visited, presented gifts, and encouraged people and children in areas heavily affected by storm No. 10.

With a total support resource worth 1.2 billion VND donated by the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of Young Pioneers, including: Cash, necessities, learning equipment; and funding to re-roof 15 families of children who suffered heavy damage. The working group also directly visited and presented gifts to 4 children with especially difficult circumstances in the two communes of Thach Lac and Dong Tien; at the same time, handed over the remaining gifts to Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union to continue to allocate and provide timely support to households and children affected by natural disasters.

The activity demonstrates the spirit of sharing, responsibility and affection of the Central Youth Union, the Central Council of Young Pioneers and the youth of the whole country towards the people of the Central region in general and Ha Tinh province in particular, contributing to helping people and children quickly overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives after the storm.
