This timely and meaningful activity affirms the sharing and closeness of the people of the capital in times of difficulty and calamity.

The gifts not only have material value, but also convey the heart and responsibility of the Party Committee, government, mass organizations and people of Nghia Do ward, contributing to encouraging and supporting people in flood-affected areas to soon stabilize their lives and overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
According to a quick report from the City Civil Defense Command, due to the water level of Cau River and Ca Lo River rising above the third alarm level, thousands of households in the above communes were flooded, directly affecting their lives and activities. Although the floodwaters have begun to recede, many households still have to evacuate and continue to face difficulties after the flood.
