Consider stopping construction of project in Ha Tinh after series of villas collapsed

Regarding the collapse of many villas belonging to the Hoa Tien Paradise - Xuan Thanh Golf & Resort project in Ha Tinh province invested by Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company after storm No. 10, which was recently reported, the State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality (Ministry of Construction) is requesting the Department of Construction of Ha Tinh province to urgently advise the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to consider and decide to stop, temporarily stop construction or exploitation of the project items, part or the entire project depending on the nature, level and scope of the incident.

Regarding the collapse of many villas in the Hoa Tien Paradise - Xuan Thanh Golf & Resort project in Ha Tinh province, invested by Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company, after storm No. 10, as recently reported, the State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality ( Ministry of Construction ) is requesting the Department of Construction of Ha Tinh province to urgently advise the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to consider and decide to stop, temporarily stop construction or exploitation of the project items, part or the entire project depending on the nature, level and scope of the incident.

Agencies, units and localities shall organize the settlement of construction incidents according to the provisions of Article 45 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works (Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP). At the same time, organize the appraisal of the cause of the incident according to the provisions of Article 46 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP; handle the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals (if any) according to the regulations.

The Ministry of Construction also requires investors, owners or managers, users of the works, and relevant parties to organize troubleshooting and decide on the continued use of the works.
