Over 1,000 party members were awarded and posthumously awarded Party badges on the occasion of February 3.

On the occasion of February 3 this year (the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee considered awarding and posthumously awarding Party badges to 1,025 party members (awarding 1,017 party members and posthumously awarding 8 party members).

Specifically, according to Decision No. 1891-QD/TU dated January 8, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee, 2 party members received the 80-year Party membership badge; 11 party members received the 75-year Party membership badge; 10 party members received the 70-year Party membership badge; 48 party members received the 65-year Party membership badge; 94 party members received the 60-year Party membership badge...

Under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Party organizations in localities in the province will organize the Party Badge awarding ceremony on the occasion of February 3 from the end of January 2024, ensuring solemnity and economy. Party members with poor health or old age will have their badges presented at their homes by representatives of the Party organization. In particular, two Party members receiving the 80-year Party badges belonging to the Dinh Hoa District Party Committee and the Thai Nguyen City Party Committee were presented at their homes by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The awarding and posthumous awarding of the Party Badge demonstrates the recognition and respect of the Party, State and people for the contributions of Party members in the revolutionary cause, the struggle for national independence as well as the process of building and defending the Fatherland.
