Over 2,000 billion VND invested in Ngu Hanh Son Trade Center project

DNO - The City People's Committee issued Decision No. 1957/QD-UBND approving the investment policy of the Ngu Hanh Son Commercial Center project at the land plot coded A2-1 in Tuyen Son Residential Area, Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District with a total estimated investment capital of more than VND 2,085 billion.

Accordingly, the project uses a total land area of 17,185.1 ^m2 ; the eastern boundary borders Le Van Hien Street, the western boundary borders the opposite safety corridor, the southern boundary borders Tran Trong Khiem Street, the northern boundary borders the road leading to Tuyen Son Bridge. Of which, 10,311 ^m2 is for building a commercial center combined with other service functions (offices, hotels, accommodation services); 6,874.1 ^m2 is for traffic and green space.

The project includes a large-scale high-rise building block including a maximum 5-storey podium block with modern commercial centers; a maximum 15-storey tower block with offices, hotels, and accommodation services.

The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of land lease decision.

Project implementation progress within 36 months from the date the investor wins the land use rights auction and the state management agency issues a land lease decision or signs a land lease contract to implement the project.
