On November 26-27, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Long coordinated with the Mekong Delta Tourism Association to organize an international Famtrip to survey typical tourist destinations in the province.

The famtrip delegation included nearly 60 delegates from the Vietnam Tourism Association, the Mekong Delta Tourism Association, travel agencies in the province and over 30 international travel agencies from the Philippines and Malaysia markets. The delegation surveyed Tu Buoi pottery house (Thanh Duc ward), Mang Thit brick and pottery village (Nhon Phu commune).
At An Binh island, the delegation visited CocoHome Coconut House and went to An Thanh communal house to watch the opera performance.

Famtrip aims to introduce and promote the image of Vinh Long tourism to international travel agencies, creating opportunities for cooperation and connection to develop tourism products. At the same time, surveying actual destinations, accommodation facilities, cuisine and typical tourism products to include Vinh Long tourism in the tour programs of many international businesses. In addition, it is also an opportunity to promote tourism in the Mekong Delta, contributing to the growth of tourists to Vietnam in general.
