Over 315,000 visitors came to An Giang during the holidays

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, from April 30 to May 4, 2025, An Giang welcomed over 315,000 visitors, equivalent to the same period in 2024.

Some tourist attractions recorded a relatively large number of visitors, such as: Sam Mountain National Tourist Area, Cam Mountain Tourist Area, Tra Su Tourist Area, Tuc Dup Tourist Area; Ba Bau Muop Temple; Tri Ton Lake Cluster tourist attractions, such as: Ba Chuc, Ta Pa, Soai Chek, O Thum, Soai So... During the 5-day holiday, the number of guests staying at hotels in the province is estimated at over 7,000, equivalent to the same period in 2024, including nearly 300 international visitors, with an estimated room occupancy rate of 43%.

This year, the 5-day holiday to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and International Labor Day (May 1) has been designed and offered to visitors by many travel agencies in the province early. The total number of visitors served by travel agencies during this year's holiday is estimated at nearly 1,600. The tour programs are of interest to businesses for their service quality and reasonable prices.
