Implementing 5 key tasks to build a healthy cultural environment

According to the plan, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will carry out 5 key tasks including: Regularly reviewing, amending, supplementing and perfecting the system of legal documents related to building a cultural environment; Building a healthy cultural environment; Preserving and promoting the value of traditional cultural heritage as a foundation for tourism development and a driving force for socio-economic development; Communicating to raise awareness about building a cultural environment; Building a culture of behavior in families and communities.

At the local level, strengthen the direction and implementation of building a cultural environment; Focus on improving the effectiveness of professional activities in culture, sports and tourism; Promote the integration of criteria and standards on building a cultural environment in patriotic emulation movements.

Along with that, deploy green cultural standards and values, green lifestyles in the political system; agencies, units, enterprises; in each village, hamlet, neighborhood and each family. Innovate the content and methods of cultural, sports and tourism activities, ensuring to meet the needs of people to enjoy cultural values; strengthen professional guidance for the system of grassroots cultural and sports institutions.

In particular, regularly inspect and handle violations of ethics in performing arts, copyright, related rights, fine arts, photography, cinema, festivals, tourism, physical education, and sports, especially violent, offensive, and uncultured behaviors; strengthen management of cultural products and services according to regulations on decentralization and delegation of authority of the 2-level local government organization model.

The plan aims to carry out the assigned tasks in Conclusion No. 156-KL/TW dated May 21, 2025 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development;

Conclusion No. 76-KL/TW of the 12th Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW; Notice No. 135/TB-VPCP dated March 26, 2025 of the Government Office announcing the Conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh at the working session with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In addition, promote the role of family and community in building ethics, cultural lifestyle, civilized behavior; proactively adapt to the requirements of international integration and digital transformation in the cultural field; Identify key tasks, key points, and implementation time as a basis for building the annual work program of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector.
