In recent times, the "School - Enterprise" cooperation model implemented at Bac Ninh Industrial College has promoted the connection between schools and enterprises in connecting resources, sharing resources, transferring technology and resonating infrastructure foundations. Enterprises benefit from cooperation with schools through access to high-quality human resources, trained in accordance with the needs of enterprises. At the same time, enterprises can participate in the training process, career orientation for students, contributing to improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the survey, it shows that students and students after graduation have jobs ranging from 96% to 99%; Jobs that match their major range from 88% to 94%. In the plan to implement the "School - Enterprise" cooperation in 2025, Bac Ninh Industrial College continues to deploy 2 Ceramic Vocational Advisory Councils, Automotive Technology Vocational Advisory Council and Information Technology and E-commerce Vocational Advisory Council to coordinate vocational training for students with high efficiency./.
