Implementing instructions for converting from tax-paying households to declaring tax-paying households

On the morning of November 24, the Tax Department of 5 provinces of Vinh Long coordinated with solution providers and commercial banks to organize a conference to deploy instructions on converting tax calculation methods from tax-paying households to tax-paying households using the declaration method.

Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Tuan Kiet - Deputy Head of Taxation of Vinh Long province; Lieutenant Colonel Mai Van Hau - Director of Viettel Vinh Long; Pham Minh Thuy - Head of Taxation at Base 5; solution providers, banks and 750 delegates of business households in Tra Vinh ward.

The conference deployed 3 key contents: Tax authorities deployed some basic contents of the Project "Converting tax management models and methods for business households when eliminating lump-sum tax".

Next, Viettel Vinh Long introduced to business households some contents and solutions for electronic invoices generated from cash registers, instructions on how to create invoices, instructions on tax declaration on accounting software for business households. The discussion between the tax authority - business households - solution providers and recorded many questions and problems related to technology, operations and conversion processes. All were answered directly to create convenience for taxpayers.

The base tax 5 will accompany businesses throughout the 60 days of peak conversion, as well as during regular operations thereafter. The declaration model helps all transactions to be recorded automatically, reducing errors, shortening procedures, and at the same time creating a foundation for businesses to access modern management methods.

After this conference, the 5th Tax Facility will continue to be organized in the wards of Nguyet Hoa, Long Duc, Hoa Thuan and the communes of Chau Thanh, Song Loc, Hung My, Hoa Minh, Long Hoa from now until November 27, 2025.
