Accordingly, the delegates basically agreed with the content of the draft Report, but suggested adding an assessment of the activities of socio-political organizations; adding specific data on the New Rural Development Program and OCOP products of the province; need to continue to propose solutions to drastically and effectively implement tasks and solutions to increase budget revenue; strengthen direction of the work of preventing smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, while ensuring enough goods and limiting large fluctuations in market prices to serve the people; focus on promoting advisory work on developing the agricultural and livestock economic sectors... to promote the potentials and advantages of the locality; need to have solutions to support and remove difficulties for production and business activities of enterprises; promote trade promotion and advertise OCOP products.

In addition, it is necessary to continue paying attention to poverty reduction, especially among ethnic minorities; finding solutions to address the shortage of medicines and medical supplies in medical facilities; continuing to find effective solutions to overcome traffic violations; paying attention to investment and infrastructure development in industrial parks and clusters in the area; continuing to improve the investment and business environment, increasing support for businesses, etc.

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and branches also directly discussed and clarified issues related to Party building and the political system; the implementation of the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" in the province; land and resource management in the area as well as the implementation of the Land Law in the coming time...

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung requested all levels, sectors and localities to focus on implementing key tasks such as: reviewing and evaluating the implementation of targets and plans set out at the beginning of the year, maintaining and improving the quality of targets that have been achieved and exceeded, clearly pointing out the reasons for low targets, forecasting that targets will be difficult to achieve in order to have measures to lead, direct and urge the implementation of the set plans; continuing to promptly, synchronously and effectively implement major policies and orientations of the Central Government and the province related to the development of Dak Lak province in the current period and the following years, especially the Dak Lak Provincial Planning and the Central Highlands Regional Planning; preparing contents of the 2025 work program.

In addition, it is necessary to promote investment promotion activities, reform administrative procedures, digital transformation, improve the investment and business environment, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, create favorable conditions for production and business activities of enterprises and cooperatives in the area; promote actual potential, mobilize resources for investment and development, promote socio-economic growth; inspect, urge and speed up the construction progress of key works and projects; promote land use fee collection, increase budget revenue; effectively manage land, water resources, minerals, protect forests and the environment; proactively respond to climate change, prevent and combat natural disasters, search and rescue; focus on comprehensive development of cultural and social fields, carry out social security work well, solve employment, reduce poverty sustainably, improve income and living standards for people.
