Implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress: Creating strong changes right from the beginning of the term

On the morning of October 16, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Attending the Conference at the Provincial Conference Center were comrades: Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; former provincial leaders; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The conference was held in person and online at 159 locations across the province, with over 22,000 cadres and party members attending; broadcast live on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper, the Newspaper's Fanpage and Tuyen Quang Radio and Television.

At the Conference, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, quickly announced the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The contents of the Conference are the "backbone" directly related to the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, to the goal of rapid and sustainable development, and to improving people's lives.

The study and dissemination conference has deployed 5 key topics including: Basic contents of the Political Report presented to the 1st Provincial Party Congress; Party building and political system work; Socio-economic development; Culture, society and building comprehensively developed Tuyen Quang people; National defense, security and foreign affairs work in the new situation. These are contents that demonstrate the strategic vision, self-reliance and strong aspirations of the entire Party Committee; determination to build Tuyen Quang province into a fairly developed, comprehensive, sustainable, civilized and happy province; worthy of the tradition of the revolutionary homeland.

The topics have clarified the province's orientations and strategies in the new period; groups of solutions to implement 18 development targets, 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs set out in the Congress Resolution, especially major orientations on socio -economic development, Party building and political system, national defense - security and foreign affairs. These contents were emphasized, affirming the determination to innovate development thinking, perfect institutions, build a streamlined, effective and efficient administrative apparatus; promote potentials and strengths, mobilize and effectively use all resources for development; build a solid "people's heart position"; expand foreign relations, development cooperation, proactively integrate deeply with other countries.

Concluding the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh affirmed: Studying, grasping and implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress is an important political task, aiming to unify awareness, will and action in the entire Party. Each cadre and party member must grasp the content of the resolution, concretize it with practical work programs and plans, suitable to their functions, tasks and areas of responsibility.

He emphasized that in order for the Resolution to quickly come into life, Party committees and organizations at all levels need to focus on doing well the key tasks: Quickly develop an action program and a plan to implement the resolution associated with specific functions and tasks, clearly identify the focus and key points, have a roadmap and assign responsibilities. The action program and implementation plan must be in the spirit of covering all work contents without omissions or omissions; clearly specifying resources, implementing subjects, implementation time... associated with inspection and supervision work.

Strengthen the propaganda and dissemination of the Resolution in various and vivid forms, ensuring that all cadres, party members and people understand correctly, agree and actively implement it. Strengthen the work of urging, checking and supervising the implementation, promptly detecting difficulties and obstacles to have appropriate solutions to correct and edit; associated with the assessment of the results of completing tasks of each level, each sector and each cadre.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees at all levels, agencies and units to complete the action program to implement the Resolution within October 2025. The action program closely follows the goals, breakthroughs and key tasks identified by the Congress, prioritizing the development of strategic infrastructure, digital transformation, improving the quality of human resources, developing tourism - services, processing industry and agricultural products.

Regarding the work of Party building and the political system, he requested that Party agencies take the lead in Party administrative reform and digital transformation; must have a spirit of innovation in thinking and working methods, dare to take responsibility, thereby guiding the government, agencies, departments and branches to implement. The contents thoroughly grasped at the Conference are an important basis for Party committees and organizations at all levels to concretize into appropriate programs and action plans, determined to put the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress into practice soon, creating a strong change right from the beginning of the new term.
