Organizing the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day ensures the national scale of the event.

Comrades Nguyen Van Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ta Quang Dong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism chaired the meeting at the Central bridge point.

The exhibition of socio -economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) is scheduled to take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center, Co Loa Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi City. The main content is to display and introduce socio-economic, national defense and security achievements in 80 years of building, protecting and developing the country. The exhibition also has supporting activities such as: Fairs, food stalls, tourism, handicrafts introducing culture, tourism, cuisine, handicraft villages, etc.

At the meeting, members of the exhibition organizing committee gave their opinions on the exhibition organization plan, propaganda work, coordination between ministries, branches, localities and work progress...

Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, requested the Exhibition Steering Committee to urgently complete the plan, determine the content, program, and implementation progress of the organization of the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, ensuring the national scale of the event, solemnity, efficiency, safety, and economy. Synthesize the expected demand for funding allocation; locations, and space for organizing events of 34 provinces and cities after the merger.

The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized flexibility and creativity in organization; supporting activities and art programs need to be organized in a rich, lively manner, with specific themes, creating focal points, leaving an impression on visitors and spectators.
