The full 6-part series of Lat Mat released on Netflix globally marks Ly Hai's efforts in promoting Vietnamese culture to the world.

Among them, Lat mat 6: The ticket of destiny conquered the audience, achieving a record revenue of more than 280 billion VND after just over 3 weeks of release and becoming the 3rd highest-grossing film in the history of Vietnamese cinema. This blockbuster film was not only praised for its engaging plot but also for the efforts of the film crew to create many spectacular scenes at Dinh Yen projection village, Dong Thap.

Recreating the village in Lat mat 6

Ly Hai demonstrates his unique filmmaking style by recreating the setting of Dinh Yen mat village, which was recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2018.
