The headquarters of the Region IV Customs Branch and the Region IV State Treasury are located in Hung Yen province.

* On February 26, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 382/QD-BTC stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Customs Department. The Decision takes effect from March 1, 2025.

Accordingly, the Customs Department is organized according to a 3-level model from the central to local levels. Including the Customs Department (central level) with 12 units; the Customs Branch (provincial level) will be organized according to 20 regions; the Border Gate/Outside Border Gate Customs (under the Regional Customs Branch).

Regional Customs Branch IV includes the provinces: Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Nam , Nam Dinh, with headquarters located in Hung Yen province.

Accordingly, the State Treasury is organized from the central to local levels according to a two-level model.

The Central State Treasury has 10 units; the local State Treasury is organized into 20 regions.

Hung Yen belongs to the State Treasury of Region IV along with the provinces of Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh. The head office is located in Hung Yen province.
