Mong Cai 1 Ward Public Administration Service Center improves efficiency in serving people

After the two-level local government came into operation, the Mong Cai 1 Ward Public Administration Service Center has continuously made efforts to improve processes and promote the application of information technology to serve people and businesses more quickly, effectively and conveniently.

Handling administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center of Mong Cai 1 Ward, Quang Ninh Province.

From July 1 to July 9, 2025, the Center received 369 administrative procedure files in many fields such as: Authentication, registration of security measures, land, civil status, construction, social security, etc. Of which, 176 files were received through the province's administrative procedure settlement information system and 193 files were received directly at the Center. Notably, 236 files were resolved on time and before the deadline, accounting for a high percentage, clearly demonstrating the professional and dedicated service spirit of the staff and civil servants.

Currently, the remaining records are in the process of being processed and are still within the prescribed settlement period.

The fact that the Public Administration Service Center of Mong Cai Ward 1 has operated effectively after implementing the 2-level government model is a clear demonstration of the determination of Mong Cai Ward 1 to reform administration, aiming to build a modern administration that is close to the people and for the people.
