Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Phung Tien Quan attended the Congress of Delegates of the Quan Ba Commune Party Committee.

On August 5, the Quan Ba Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrade Phung Tien Quan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

Quan Ba commune was established on the basis of merging 3 old administrative units: Quyet Tien commune, Quan Ba commune and Tam Son town. Currently, the commune has a natural area of over 100 km², with more than 4,000 people, most of whom are ethnic minorities. During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people in the commune have united, been creative, overcome difficulties, strived to complete political tasks well, and achieved many important results.

Some outstanding results include: Average income per capita reached 48.6 million VND; 103 effective mixed garden renovation models were implemented; forest coverage rate reached 48.3%; multidimensional poverty rate decreased rapidly; 537 temporary houses were eliminated; 163 new party members were admitted. People's material and spiritual life was improved; national defense and security were maintained; Party building work was focused on; the political system was firmly consolidated.

Comrade Phung Tien Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Commune Party Committee has set out 3 breakthroughs and 5 key tasks, focusing on promoting the work of building and rectifying the Party and a clean and strong political system; effectively implementing economic development policies, enhancing the value of agriculture, forestry and tourism; promoting the private economy and startups; strengthening national defense and security, managing and firmly protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Phung Tien Quan acknowledged and praised the achieved results, and at the same time requested the Commune Party Committee to continue to remove difficulties, effectively operate the new organizational model; promote the role of the leader; promote sustainable economic development, develop OCOP products, increase the proportion of trade - services, attract investment to develop community tourism.

Along with that, well implement the Party building work, enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations; care for people's lives, ensure social security; strengthen national defense and security, maintain political security, social order and safety, promote the movement of the whole people to protect national security.

The Executive Committee of the Quan Ba Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term was introduced and took office at the 1st Congress of Delegates.

At the Congress, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee's Decision on appointing the Party Executive Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Party Committee Inspection Committee of Quan Ba commune for the 2025-2030 term was announced. Accordingly, comrade Nguyen Hai Duong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Quan Ba commune for the 2025-2030 term.
