BHG - On the morning of January 30, Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, had a working session with the Quang Binh District Party Committee to grasp the situation before, during and after the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin in 2024.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Nguyen Minh Tien presented gifts to families of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, victims of toxic chemicals, and poor households in Yen Thanh commune.

During the 2024 Lunar New Year, Quang Binh District Party Committee directed the launch of a peak period of inter-sectoral inspections, strictly controlling goods before, during and after Tet. Organized the promotion of Shan Tuyet tea, Sanh oranges and key products of the district. Directed and guided community cultural tourism villages, service and tourism businesses to prepare well for serving customers. Speaking at the meeting, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Nguyen Minh Tien requested the district to review and grasp the policy households, poor households, war invalids, sick soldiers and organize timely gift giving to households; organize cultural and artistic activities to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024); maintain a regular reporting regime to superiors, grasp the security and order situation and ensure traffic safety during Tet, strengthen the inspection of goods at stores. Direct commune health stations to ensure Tet duty according to regulations, well organize the conditions for the handover ceremony of new recruits to join the army in 2024.
