Two major Algerian media agencies continued to report on Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh 's activities on the morning of November 19, saying that the two leaders had held talks at the Algerian Prime Minister's Office. This was an opportunity for both sides to praise the depth of friendship and solidarity between the two countries and peoples, as well as the history of the joint resistance against French colonialism.
The two Prime Ministers emphasized the political will of the two countries' leaders in promoting comprehensive cooperation and elevating the relationship between the two countries to a Strategic Partnership.
Al24news news channel reported that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh laid a wreath and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the martyrs of the Algerian National Liberation War at the Martyrs' Monument in the capital Algiers. The Prime Minister also visited the Martyrs' Museum and viewed the Bay of Algiers from the Monument, which offers a panoramic view of the capital.
Echoruk Online also reported and posted photos that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh arrived in Algeria on November 18, beginning an official visit from November 18-20. Similarly, many newspapers quoted a statement from the Algerian Prime Minister’s Office, affirming that this visit aims to strengthen and consolidate the friendly and cooperative relationship between Algeria and Vietnam, and at the same time promote bilateral partnerships in many areas of mutual interest.
