
At the training session, the trainees listened to the lecturers of the Food Safety Department impart their experiences and discuss the following contents: General information about food poisoning, some directive documents of the Party, Government, Provincial Party Committee, Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee on food safety, the work of granting certificates of qualified food safety facilities for food service establishments, the work of inspecting and handling food poisoning, etc.
After the training session, 100% of the Steering Committee members had a firm grasp of food safety knowledge and legal documents to implement in their localities to raise awareness of food safety in food production and business activities, and prevent food poisoning in the area.
