From this afternoon (November 20), gasoline prices decrease, kerosene prices increase

According to the adjustment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, from this afternoon (November 20), gasoline prices have all decreased; in particular, kerosene prices have increased by more than 300 VND/liter.

From 3:00 p.m. this afternoon (November 20), specific gasoline prices are as follows:

- E5RON92 gasoline: No higher than VND 19,807/liter (down VND 37/liter compared to the current base price), lower than RON95-III gasoline by VND 735/liter;

- RON95-III gasoline: Not higher than VND 20,542/liter (down VND 34/liter compared to the current base price);

- Diesel 0.05S: Not higher than VND 19,826/liter (down VND 38/liter compared to current base price);

- Kerosene: Not higher than VND 20,288/liter (an increase of VND 353/liter compared to the current base price);

- Mazut oil 180 CST 3.5S: Not higher than 13,739 VND/kg (335 VND/kg lower than current base price).

Thus, since the beginning of the year, domestic gasoline prices have undergone 48 adjustments, of which RON95 gasoline has increased 26 times, decreased 22 times; diesel has increased 24 times, decreased 23 times and remained unchanged once.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the world oil market in this management period is affected by main factors such as: OPEC+ agreed that oil production in December 2025 will increase slightly, similar to November and October; OPEC forecasts that world oil supply will meet demand in 2026; the US government reopens; the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues, including new attacks by Ukraine on Russia's energy infrastructure... The above factors have caused world oil prices in recent days to increase and decrease depending on each product.

The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on November 13 and today is: 79.614 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5RON92 gasoline; 82.352 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline; 96.570 USD/barrel of kerosene; 94.346 USD/barrel of 0.055 diesel oil; 355.608 USD/ton of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil.
