Right from the first day of the Party's founding (1930), President Ho Chi Minh and the Party Central Committee paid attention to laying the foundation for building the Party's organization and apparatus, and building a team of cadres.

October 14, 1930 is recognized as the traditional day of the Party Organization and Building sector, marking the birth and development of a particularly important field in Party building work - that is, building the apparatus organization, developing Party members and cadre work.

Over 95 years of formation and development, the Party Organization and Building sector has constantly innovated and improved its organization, content and methods of operation.

From the early days until now, organizational and personnel work has become a pillar in building a strong Party in terms of politics , ideology, organization and ethics.

Since the operation of the two-level local government model, the Party building work of Gia Lai province has gradually become routine.

Arranging and perfecting the grassroots party organization according to the new model, assigning cadres with the right capacity and expertise, and closely following the grassroots is an important foundation for the entire provincial Party Committee to quickly stabilize and deploy political tasks and socio-economic development.

Currently, the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system is identified by our Party as a key and vital task. The requirement for the Party Building Organization of the province and for Party committees and organizations at all levels is to constantly and strongly innovate thinking and working methods, link theory with practice, improve the quality of advice, and promptly and effectively implement the Party's policies and resolutions.

During that historical journey, with a high sense of responsibility, great efforts, and drastic actions, the entire Party Building Organization of Gia Lai province closely followed the working program and direction of the Central Organizing Committee.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee overcame difficulties and innovated working methods to complete key and regular tasks according to the set program and plan, achieving many outstanding results.

According to comrade Mai Viet Trung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, in the current context, the requirements for Party building and organization work are even higher.

This requires each cadre of the Party Organization and Building sector to always be proactive, creative, close to the people, understand the people, improve their capacity to advise and serve the Party Committee so that the new apparatus not only stabilizes the organization but also operates effectively, efficiently, and serves the people.

In addition, continue to train political mettle, maintain revolutionary qualities and ethics, improve qualifications, constantly innovate the content and methods of operation, contributing to building a clean and strong provincial Party Committee, an effective government, united with the people. From there, successfully implement the targets and tasks set out in the resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Following tradition, raising responsibility

Since the establishment of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee (new), the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has promoted its sense of responsibility, focused on providing full and timely advice to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to direct the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system.

Key tasks and tasks assigned by the Central Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee were deployed and implemented with good results, especially in advising on the preparation and organization of party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

The organizational structure of the political system continues to be innovated and built towards streamlining, compactness, effective and efficient operation, streamlining the payroll associated with restructuring and improving the quality of the contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the political system.

Attention is paid to the work of building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members, especially in implementing the models of "four good party cells" and "four good grassroots party committees".

Party membership recruitment work is always focused on and implemented by Party committees at all levels in accordance with the motto, principles, processes and procedures prescribed in the Party Charter.

In addition, cadres and civil servants of the Party Organization and Building sector in the province have united and made efforts to advise and propose the systematic and synchronous implementation of many new resolutions, directives, conclusions, regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee on the work of building Party organizations, Party members, organizational apparatus, payroll, and personnel work in a timely manner, suitable to the specific conditions of the province, including many new and difficult contents, contributing to the completion of a large volume of work with increasingly improved quality.

Continuing that glorious tradition, the team of cadres and civil servants will promote their experiences in Party building and organization, continue to practice, study, and unite to successfully complete tasks in the new situation, constantly strive and mature, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.
