From March 14-15, the Central Reporters Conference for March 2024 will take place in Lai Chau province.

The conference will be attended by leaders of the Central Propaganda Department; Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the province, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Central Reporters of the province, Provincial Reporters, leaders of the ideological and cultural agencies of the province, the Department of Information and Communications, leaders and experts of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Party Work Department, the Provincial Public Security Department; leaders and experts in charge of propaganda work of the Propaganda Department of the district Party Committees, city Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the province, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province; school leaders and leaders of departments of the Provincial Political School; leaders and full-time lecturers of the Political Centers of districts and cities...

The conference focused on the information content "Important contributions of ethnic minorities in Lai Chau province in the resistance war against the French colonialists, especially in the Dien Bien Phu campaign in 1954; outstanding results in the socio -economic development of Lai Chau province in recent times; directions and tasks in the coming time". The conference starts at 8:00 a.m., March 15, 2024, at the Great Hall of the Provincial Conference and Cultural Center.

Previously, on March 14, 2024, delegates attending the Conference will visit and experience the Sin Suoi Ho community tourism village, Phong Tho district and some locations in Lai Chau city.
