Direct admissions consulting at the Academy of Educational Management

This year, the Academy of Educational Management uses 4 admission methods, including: direct admission and priority admission; consideration of high school graduation exam results; consideration of academic records; admission using the results of the competency assessment test of Hanoi National University and Hanoi Pedagogical University, and thinking assessment of Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

With the method of considering high school graduation exam results, admission scores are calculated on a 30-point scale, specifically as follows:

Admission score (rounded to 2 decimal places) = M1 + M2 + M3 + Priority points (if any)

In which M1, M2, M3 are the 2025 high school exam scores of 3 subjects in the combination of the registered major.

In case of having an international English certificate (IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT, APTIS ESOL) and choosing not to take the English exam, candidates can use the certificate (valid at the time of admission up to the last day of receiving application documents) and must submit a notarized copy to the Academy before 5:00 p.m. on July 28 for conversion to English scores according to the following conversion table:

With the method of considering transcripts, the school uses the total average score of 3 subjects in the admission combination in 3 school years (6 full semesters of high school) excluding priority points of grades 10, 11, 12 >= 18 points (no average score of any subject in each school year is below 5.5 points).

Regarding the 2025 enrollment targets of the Academy of Educational Management, the specifics are as follows:

Regarding the admission principles, the Academy of Educational Management will consider admission according to the admission code (corresponding to the training programs), taking scores from high to low until the quota is full, regardless of the order of wishes between candidates. The scores are calculated on a 30-point scale and rounded to two decimal places.

The announcement of admission scores will follow the general plan of the Ministry of Education and Training , on August 22. The Academy will organize the next admission rounds after the end of the first admission round according to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training until the end of December 2025 (if there are still quotas). The specific plan will be announced on the school's admission website.
