(NLDO)- During the 120 minutes of taking the exam, Ms. Nguyen Hoang Tuyet Nhung, Vice Principal of Vietnam Australia International School, stood outside the exam site in the sun, waiting for her students.

On the morning of June 26, nearly 100,000 candidates in Ho Chi Minh City took the first exam - literature, lasting 120 minutes.

Arriving at the exam site in Ho Chi Minh City very early, Ms. Tuyet Nhung held a roll call list of students. She warmly encouraged every candidate who came to the exam site and reminded parents of the time to pick them up.

Ms. Nguyen Hoang Tuyet Nhung, Vice Principal of Vietnam Australia International School, takes attendance and encourages students before taking the literature exam.

It is known that Ms. Nhung is currently the Vice Principal, in charge of professional matters at Vietnam Australia International School.

"Not only me, but all the principals and teachers are present at the high school graduation exam sites where the school's students are participating. Besides encouraging the candidates, the teachers will also take on a special task of taking attendance, checking the candidates' tools, pens, and exam papers," Ms. Nhung said.

Holding the phone towards the reporter, Ms. Nhung said that if by 6:50 a.m. any candidate is not present, she will call their family.

At 7:30, all the candidates had entered the exam room to take the test. Without any problems, Ms. Nhung felt secure and found a cool place nearby to sit.

The vice principal was present at the exam site, accompanying her students throughout the 2 days of the 2025 high school graduation exam.

During the 120 minutes of the exam, she kept looking anxiously towards the school gate, waiting for her students.

"Not only parents, teachers are also very worried, not knowing whether students did well on the test or not. I really hope that when students leave the test site, they can see their teachers, no matter how they do on the test, they all deserve to be encouraged and motivated" - Ms. Nhung expressed.

Ms. Phan Thi Anh Dao (Thu Duc City) said that she was more nervous than her child when she took the high school graduation exam. Her daughter plans to take the university entrance exam to major in business administration or programming.

"This is not the first time I have taken my child to take the exam, but I am so worried that I couldn't sleep last night. Today, I am on "summer break", I will not go to work but will wait for my child outside the exam site" - Ms. Dao shared.

Parents take their children to the exam site on the morning of June 26.

After finishing the literature exam, many candidates in Ho Chi Minh City smiled brightly, saying that the exam was quite interesting. The exam was open but not strange, and many examples from society could be drawn. Some candidates were confident that they could "grab" 8 points or more.

This afternoon, candidates will take the math test, the test duration is 90 minutes.
