The pilot project to improve traffic and renovate street space on some routes in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City is being implemented by the Department of Transport in coordination with the Vietnam - Japan Traffic Planning Expert Group. |

In phase 2, a proposal to build high-rise parking garages will be studied and proposed nearby. |
