Currently, Tuyen Quang province has established a widespread network with 273 official electronic information portals and pages; 1,095 channels and pages on social networking platforms; 148 associations, groups and fanpages of prestigious organizations and individuals; 2,665 Zalo and Messenger groups by village and residential group; and more than 300,000 social networking accounts of officials and people in the area. Through the synchronous connection of these elements, one of the first cyber security framework models in the country has been created, contributing significantly to receiving and promptly processing information and controlling the situation right from the grassroots level.
To improve efficiency, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province directed agencies, units and localities to synchronously deploy the Signet secure communication system throughout the entire political system, ensuring smooth and timely information. The provincial police play a core role, taking the lead in advising, guiding, establishing regulations for management, operation and supervision of the Battle in the area.
In addition, departments, branches, and localities need to urgently review and compile statistics on social networking channels and pages they are managing, and at the same time organize Signet installation for 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and forces participating in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
Tuyen Quang Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television continue to promote propaganda and implementation to orient public opinion, spread positive information, and promptly refute false and hostile arguments on cyberspace.
Building a people's security posture in cyberspace is an important political task, requiring the synchronous, drastic and responsible participation of the entire political system and society, in order to create a safe and healthy cyber environment, effectively serving local socio -economic development.
