Accordingly, the administrative procedure abolished in the field of cultural heritage under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is the procedure for granting health insurance cards to People's Artists and Meritorious Artists.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The corresponding administrative procedures announced in Decision No. 3101/QD-BVHTTDL dated August 26, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism are abolished.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Heads of Departments, Divisions and relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./
