Vietnam team's last training session, Xuan Son ready to play against Laos team

In the last training session in Laos on the evening of November 18, the Vietnamese team took to the field with all 23 players. The whole team warmed up before dividing the troops to practice tactics at a moderate intensity. Everyone is ready for the match with Laos tomorrow (November 19).

Among them, naturalized striker Nguyen Xuan Son still showed his usual thirst. He is determined to return after a long time of injury treatment.

According to information revealed from recent training sessions of the Vietnam team, Xuan Son is likely to play in the match against Laos. Head coach Kim Sang Sik also revealed this information in the press conference before the match.

"For me, using Xuan Son in the next match is completely possible. With Xuan Son, the Vietnamese team will have more diverse attacking options. I'm happy that Son is back and hope he will score," said coach Kim Sang Sik.

It is likely that the Vietnamese team will play against Laos with the strongest lineup. Mr. Kim not only wants to win, but also wants to win this match beautifully to close out 2025 with the Vietnamese teams, before moving on to the next important tasks in 2026.

The match between Vietnam and Laos in the second leg of Group F, the third qualifying round of the 2027 Asian Cup, will take place at 7 p.m. on November 19 at the Laos National Stadium. After this match, the Vietnam team will return home on November 20, ending the last training session in 2025.
