D'ran Commune supports people and drivers stuck at Ngoan Muc Pass

On the evening of November 19, due to heavy rain causing traffic congestion in the Ngoan Muc Pass area (Song Pha), many residents and drivers were forced to stop and wait for the road to be cleared. In this situation, the local authorities of D'ran commune (Lam Dong) quickly arrived to provide timely support.

Accordingly, the leaders of D'ran commune, including Phan Thi Hoai Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Comrade Mai Linh Son, Chairman of the Commune Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Comrade Truong Quang Kien, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, and functional forces were directly present at the Ngoan Muc Pass checkpoint to direct the support work.

At the scene, the working group distributed dinner, warm clothes and arranged temporary accommodation for people and drivers stuck due to the temporary closure of the pass.

Commune leaders also encouraged people to stay calm and take care of their health while waiting for authorities to handle the landslide and restore traffic.

The on-duty forces said they will be on duty all night, continue to provide essential supplies, and ensure people's safety until the route is cleared.
