According to the locality, all donations will be allocated publicly, transparently, for the right purpose, and to the right subjects to support near-poor households, households with disabilities, single-parent households, and the elderly to build new or repair houses, thereby contributing to ensuring social security and sustainable poverty reduction. Ensuring that by the National Day on September 2, 2023, the town will complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated housing for the subjects, helping all people enjoy the fruits of development, leaving no one behind, both to concretize the 2023 working theme on improving the quality of people's lives and to contribute to perfecting the criteria for residential housing in the New Rural Construction Criteria in the communes. At the same time, it is also a meaningful activity to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province.
