Set 1 was a thrilling chase. U21 Indonesia started the game with excitement thanks to the support of the audience, continuously leading by 2-3 points. However, U21 Thailand kept the pace with their difficult serves and tight blocks.
From 22-24, the girls from the Land of the Golden Temple saved two set points, then took the lead to 26-24 after a decisive sideline shot.

In set 2, the game tilted towards Thailand, they maintained a high attack speed, coordinated the middle and the side, forcing Indonesia's first set to make mistakes. The series of 3-0, 4-0 points helped Thailand create a safe distance before closing the set with a score of 25-19.
In set 3, Indonesia rose strongly, improving their first-step response and effectively counterattacking with quick shots from position 3. However, Thailand's composure in the final series was different. They won the long balls (rally), took advantage of the counterattack after blocking and closed the score at 25-22.

Winning 3-0, U21 Thailand won a ticket to the 9th-12th place match with U21 Czech Republic, while U21 Indonesia will face U21 Korea in the 13th-16th place match of the 2025 U21 Women's Volleyball World Cup, tomorrow (August 16).
