According to the report of Lang Son Electricity Company, in Cao Loc district, Lang Son City Electricity (in charge of Cao Loc district and Lang Son city) is currently managing 284.13 km of medium voltage lines; 174 distribution transformer stations (TSAs) with a total capacity of 41,376.5 kVA; 492 km of low voltage lines.

In 2024, Lang Son City Electricity Company ensured safe and continuous power supply in Cao Loc district. Economic management of grid connection, capacity flow, capacitor operation, ensuring good quality of power supply.

In 2024, in Cao Loc district, there were 71 incidents on the medium and low voltage grid, the average power outage time per customer was 55.1 minutes, a decrease of 5 minutes compared to 2023.

In 2024, the City Electricity Department has synchronously deployed solutions to serve electricity customers in Cao Loc district better and more professionally.

In particular, the electricity unit in charge of the area has coordinated with authorities at all levels of Cao Loc district to organize propaganda and mobilize people to pay electricity bills through bank account applications and e-wallets of intermediary organizations. Thereby, in 2024, the total number of non-cash bills is 20,219/26,032 bills, reaching 77.67% of the total number of electricity customers.

Accordingly, Cao Loc District People's Committee and Lang Son Electricity Company continue to coordinate well in protecting the safety corridor of the high-voltage power grid, focusing on coordinating to thoroughly handle high-risk points of unsafety with remaining violations by 2025; coordinate to organize and implement mobilization and agreements with large industrial production customers in the district to commit to moving large capacity away from peak hours during hot months (May, June, July, August); coordinate to propagate people to join hands in using electricity safely, economically and effectively.

In particular, in 2025, Cao Loc District People's Committee and Lang Son Electricity Company will focus on coordinating: renovating and upgrading the old, dilapidated rural power grid; implementing non-cash electricity payment; implementing the load adjustment program (DR) in 2025; closely coordinating to organize and implement site clearance to speed up the construction progress of power projects in Cao Loc district....
