Implementing streamlining and reorganizing the apparatus according to Resolution 18, Hoa Binh province has 13 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.

Specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province were established and reorganized to meet the requirements and tasks of innovation and reorganization of the apparatus to ensure streamlining and effective and efficient operation.

Accordingly, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province has just issued a Resolution on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province:

Establish the Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; establish the Department of Finance on the basis of merging the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance.

Establish the Department of Science and Technology on the basis of merging the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Information and Communications; establish the Department of Construction on the basis of merging the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport.

Establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; establish the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on the basis of the Ethnic Minorities Committee taking over the function of State management of religion and belief from the Department of Home Affairs.

Reorganize the specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee as follows: Department of Education and Training; Department of Health; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Justice; Department of Industry and Trade.

After establishment and reorganization, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province has 13 specialized agencies, including: Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Department of Home Affairs; Department of Justice; Department of Finance; Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Construction; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Education and Training; Department of Health; Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Provincial Inspectorate.
