According to the report of the Department of Construction, currently in the western communes and wards, there are 15 projects requesting to adjust the investor and management form from the district level to the commune level to suit the two-level local government model. Specifically, the People's Committees of Dak Pek, Mo Rai, Dak Rve, Kon Dao, Bo Y, Mang Ri, Mang Den, Dak Ro Wa communes and Kon Tum ward received a total of 15 projects from the former districts and city of Kon Tum.
Of which, Dak Pek, Bo Y, Mang Den communes and Kon Tum ward manage the project through the Project Management Board and Public Services; the remaining localities hire project management consultants.

After listening to the report and discussion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam agreed to assign the above 9 localities to be the investors of 15 transitional projects. He emphasized that after more than 3 months of merging the province and implementing the two-level government model, the pressure to disburse public investment capital is very large, while many projects are still stuck in procedures. Therefore, he requested the units to urgently complete the adjustment documents, ensure compliance with regulations, and soon implement the project to develop infrastructure in the Western region.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with communes and wards to review and complete the adjusted content on the person deciding on investment, the investor and the form of project management to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision; at the same time, requested localities to proactively source revenue, promptly report difficulties and problems in the process of project implementation so that competent authorities can guide, remove and resolve them promptly.
