The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1 has a length of 73.6km, a total investment of up to 17,718 billion VND, designed according to 4-lane expressway standards. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway is an important part of Dau Giay - Lien Khuong Expressway, connecting the Southeast provinces with Lam Dong and the Central Highlands. This route promises to shorten travel time, reduce the load on National Highway 20, open up new development space for the tourism, trade, services and promote local socio -economic development.

The winning investor consortium includes T&T Transport Infrastructure Investment and Development Company Limited, Phuong Trang Group Investment Joint Stock Company (FUTA Group) and Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company. The total winning bid value of the project is over VND 11,923 billion.

The construction time of the project and infrastructure system is expected to be 30 months, and the business operation time is 19 years and 10 months. The investment form is PPP, a type of build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract.
Phase 1 of the project has a scale of 4 lanes, a 17m wide roadbed, and a maximum speed of 80 km/h. The project also includes emergency stops. When completed, the expressway will have a 24.7m wide roadbed, 4 lanes, 2 emergency lanes, and a maximum speed of 100 km/h.
