On the morning of December 6, Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation of the Korean iMarket Group led by Mr. Kim Hak Jae, Vice Chairman of the Group, on supporting iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd. to research and propose investment projects in industrial parks (IPs) and golf courses in Vinh Phuc province; signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee and iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd. on research and investment exploration in Vinh Phuc . Also attending were representatives of leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

iMarket Group is a 100% Korean-invested enterprise, operating in the fields of investment, real estate development and trade. With experience and capacity to develop large-scale projects, iMarket has surveyed, researched and proposed to implement the project of developing industrial parks and golf courses in the province.
Previously, the enterprise was consulted, introduced and surveyed by the Provincial Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support at 3 industrial parks in the province's planning including Chan Hung Industrial Park (128.7ha), Tam Duong I Industrial Park - Area 3 (176.1ha) and Tam Duong II Industrial Park - Area B (179ha); at the same time, 3 golf course projects were introduced including Van Truc - Lap Thach course, Bo Lac - Song Lo course, Ban Long - Tam Dao course.
Thanking the Provincial People's Committee and related departments and branches for their support in supporting iMarket in researching and proposing investment projects for industrial parks and golf courses in the province, Mr. Kim Hak Jae said that after evaluating the feasibility of the areas and locations introduced by the province, iMarket decided to invest in Vinh Phuc. Based on investment experience and internal capacity, the group wishes to build a synchronous and modern complex, creating attraction for secondary investors.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong and Vice Chairman of iMarket Korea Group Kim Hak Jae signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Provincial People's Committee and iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd. on research, survey, and investment in industrial park infrastructure projects and golf courses in Vinh Phuc.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong highly appreciated the investment plan of iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Vinh Phuc, hoping that the Memorandum of Understanding would be a good start for iMarket's investment process in the province in the coming time.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested iMarket Vietnam Co., Ltd. to consider and study the acquisition of some industrial park projects in the province that are being implemented but have not yet promoted investment efficiency, or to build new industrial parks according to the province's approved planning.
He hopes that after being licensed to implement the project, investors will ensure the committed progress, invest in infrastructure inside and outside the industrial park in a synchronous and modern direction, and prioritize attracting high-tech projects.
Regarding the proposal to invest in a golf course project, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested iMarket to research and invest in a quality, classy golf course, creating a difference based on the advantages of terrain and natural resource values of the province.
To facilitate iMarket in the process of researching and implementing investment projects in the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to support enterprises in accessing mechanisms, policies and regulations of the province to research and survey favorable investment locations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
