"Red UFO" revealed, can rewrite the history of the universe

(NLDO) - Unlike unidentified flying objects, the UFOs captured by the James Webb space telescope are strange cosmic monsters.

A new study led by astrophysicists from the University of Colorado Boulder (USA) has found giant dust-filled galaxies called Ultra-Red Oblique Objects (UFOs), which are challenging cosmological theories.

They are not unlike unidentified flying objects - also abbreviated as UFOs - but are no less mysterious.

The UFO galaxy is unusually large and ghostly red, invisible to the Hubble Space Telescope and only recently revealed thanks to James Webb.

According to co-author Dr. Erica Nelson, UFO galaxies appear red because they emit very little visible light.

Most of the light escaping from these galaxies is infrared radiation, and the small amount of visible light they emit is at the limit of what the human eye can see.

Hubble can only see visible light and completely misses it. In contrast, James Webb has a "magic eye" that specializes in capturing infrared light.

A total of 56 UFO galaxies have been identified.

They appear to have a structure quite similar to our Milky Way galaxy, but are filled with dust, enough dust to block about 50 times the light that enters space.

Observing them is not unlike trying to observe the sky from Earth during a sandstorm, the authors described to SciTech Daily.

Additionally, these red monsters are also unusually large.

Writing in the scientific journal The Astrophysical Journal, the researchers admit that the UFO galaxy is raising more questions than answers.

They have tried to use models to see how they form, but have not found a reasonable way. It is possible that this type of strange UFO will require scientists to rewrite cosmological theories regarding galaxy formation.
