Hai Duong is promoting the application of digital technology in preserving and promoting cultural heritage. More than 170 relics, including special national relics, have been digitized. Visitors can easily look up information and explore Hai Duong relics through digital maps and QR codes.

Hai Duong province currently has 4 special national relics, including: Con Son - Kiep Bac (Chi Linh city), An Phu - Kinh Chu - Nham Duong complex (Kinh Mon town), Mao Dien Temple of Literature and Xua Temple - Giam Pagoda - Bia Temple (Cam Giang district), along with 142 national relics and 280 provincial relics.

The province has digitized information on 170 relics, including four special national relics. Visitors can easily look up information about the history, culture, architecture, festivals and beliefs of the relics by scanning the QR code.

Recently, Cam Giang district has completed the construction of the database and digital map of the first phase of the relics. The first phase of the digital map is applied to the special national relic Mao Dien Temple of Literature (Phuc Dien commune) and the relic cluster of Xua Temple - Giam Pagoda - Bia Temple (Dinh Son, Cam Vu, Cam Van communes).

The digital map provides a realistic, intuitive, and vivid experience for visitors via smartphones. The relic images are restored in 3D, allowing users to explore each item and listen to detailed explanations about each area.

Thus, even without visiting directly, users can still grasp all the historical information, formation process and authentic landscape of the relic site.

The projects of digitizing relic information have important significance in applying digital technology to preserve, maintain and promote the value of cultural heritage, contributing to promoting the historical and cultural relics of the province to domestic and foreign tourists.
