Application to support exported workers to access information

The DOLAB-JICA digital platform has just been jointly deployed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Department of Overseas Labor Management - Ministry of Home Affairs.

This platform helps Vietnamese workers access transparent and official recruitment information. The software developer and coordinator is ABeam Consulting Vietnam.

This is a digital solution that helps Vietnamese workers look up recruitment information from Japanese companies that have been assessed by the Department of Overseas Labor Management. Users can view details of the company name, industry, job content, contract term, salary, allowances and all expenses before leaving the country. Workers can also submit applications and contact the recruiting company directly, without going through an intermediary.

Mr. Kobayashi Yosuke, Chief Representative of JICA Vietnam Office, informed that in the near future, this project will expand cooperation with foreign organizations - including the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Platform for Responsible Reception of Foreign Workers in Japan (JP-MIRAI) - to better protect workers.
