Central Inspection Commission organizes gratitude activities in Quang Tri

On July 21, the Central Inspection Commission (CIC) delegation led by Deputy Head of the CIC Nguyen Minh Quang held a ceremony to pay tribute, offer flowers and incense at the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery, the National Martyrs' Cemetery on Road 9, the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel National Special Relic Site; and offer incense at the martyrs' homes. Attending the ceremony were Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Doan Anh Dung. On the Quang Tri province side, there were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Ho Thi Thu Hang.

At the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery, the National Road 9 Martyrs' Cemetery and the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel National Special Relic Site, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Minh Quang, members of the delegation and provincial leaders solemnly laid wreaths and offered incense in a solemn atmosphere, commemorating the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the prosperous and happy life of the people. The sacrifice of the heroic martyrs in the two resistance wars is a shining symbol of revolutionary heroism, an indomitable fighting spirit and extraordinary determination. That heroic revolutionary tradition has been preserved and promoted in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland today. After the ceremony at the main memorials, the delegation went to burn incense at the graves, expressing deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs.

Next, the delegation of the Central Inspection Commission and provincial leaders offered incense at the homes of martyr Quach Sy Nguong (sub-area 3, Hoan Lao commune) and martyr Ho Van Vy (quarre 3B, Khe Sanh commune). In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation offered incense to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs; at the same time, they kindly asked about the health and life of the martyrs' relatives and expressed their hope that the martyrs' relatives would continue to contribute to the construction and development of their homeland and country.
