The National Assembly Standing Committee commented on two draft laws at the 30th session.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue attended, delivered the opening speech and, together with the Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, took turns chairing the meeting's content.

At this session, the National Assembly Standing Committee spent a lot of time: giving opinions on explaining, accepting, and revising the draft Law on Archives (amended); giving opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Security Guards.

Regarding supervision work, the National Assembly Standing Committee will review the National Assembly's report on people's petition work in January 2024 (including people's petition work in December 2023).

At the meeting, the National Assembly Standing Committee will also consider the Proposal of the Supreme People's Procuracy on assigning additional number of Procurators of the People's Procuracy and summarize the 5th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly.
